All three filters appear in the Profile section of the left-hand search panel within the People tab, easily stacking with existing parameters: Location, Job Title,
Company Name, Industry, Years of experience and Employee count.
Seniority Level: Founder / Owner, Board / Advisory, C-Level, VP, Director, Head, Senior, Manager, Junior, Intern / Entry Level. Multiple tiers can be selected simultaneously.
Department: Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and more. Combined with Seniority Level, it surfaces the exact role inside an organization.
Education: Filter by degree level (Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, PhD, Associate), field of study, and institution name. All three dimensions are optional and combinable in a single search.
